The Honorable David R. Craig has been the Harford County Executive since July 7, 2005 when he was chosen by the Harford County Council to complete the un-expired term of former County Executive, James Harkins. Over his political career, Mr. Craig has held several responsible positions in state and local government, including four terms as Mayor of Havre de Grace between 1985 and 2005.
